Returns Policy

Grizzly Co Ltd does not offer a free return postage policy. Given the size of the company it would not be viable to offer a free returns service.
The products go through a complete Quality Control process before dispatch.
Grizzly Co Ltd prides itself on the quality of materials and products and the care taken to ensure that you receive goods which will not disappoint.
If however you receive a product for any reason that you are not completely happy with, please email and I guarantee to reply within 24 hours, with my aim being to reply within 1 hour. You will then receive a Returns form which must be included with the product
Upon receiving the product back from you a complimentary swap will be offered assuming that the desired size is in stock.
If the design is not in stock you will be offered an alternative design.
If you do not opt to take the alternative, a full refund will be offered – unless I am able to supply you with a due date of more items.
A full refund will only be offered if the product is unworn, unwashed, has the original tags and a completed Returns form is completed.
